Ridgeway’s disability and accommodation management services include short-term disability claim and accommodation request adjudication, long-term disability file review, return to work consultation, and disability and return-to-work case management.
Ridgeway provides medical surveillance and hearing tests as required by Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act. We offer medical surveillance programs for designated substances and hearing tests at its clinic or onsite to protect workers’ hearing.
Ridgeway provides onsite occupational health services for companies, with a highly-experienced nurse available for a set number of hours per week to offer minor wound treatment, employee health check-ups, health coaching, biometric testing, AED maintenance, and health training.
Ridgeway offers health promotion services such as engaging presentations on a variety of health topics, flu shot clinics, and ergonomic assessments to identify and reduce musculoskeletal risks in the workplace. Their team also provides health coaching to employees to support their overall well-being.
Ridgeway provides custom medical exams for employees, including assessments of physical capability, health history, physical examination, and more, to ensure employee safety and provide a baseline for future evaluations. Fitness for duty and hazard exposure assessments are also offered.
We understand the unique health needs of workers in the aviation industry. That’s why we offer Category 1, 2, 3, and 4 medical examinations conducted by a Transport Canada Civil Aviation Medical Examiner (CAME). We do all of the necessary tests and evaluations on site.
