Dr. Rosenfeld brings an incredible amount of expertise and experience to his role providing disability management consulting services for us. He is also incredibly personable, and we very much enjoy his light-hearted nature and collaborative approach to our work. We have learned so many lessons working with Ridgeway! Especially about best practices of other large institutions. Dr. Rosenfeld is a wealth of knowledge.

Dr. Rosenfeld is extremely conscientious. He responds quickly to off-hour requests and makes himself available, as needed, to the entire team. He works well in a team environment, willing to collaborate with all team members. As a result of his reputation with the our employees, which is extremely positive, our organization has been able to develop numerous proactive health and wellness programs. Dr. Rosenfeld's medical expertise as both an occupational health physician and a general practitioner allows him to provide sound medical advice to employees, which they greatly value. Further, his knowledge and connections with other health professionals has proven to be invaluable when employees require follow-up.

Dr. Rosenfeld is very experienced and knowledgeable; his guidance and recommendations are extremely valuable in helping our organization manage claims. With his expertise, we have been able to push back on insufficient medical letters, gain more insight and clarity on vague medical/accommodation notes, and take action quicker to help ensure we are managing claims efficiently. Being able to say we've reviewed medical with our occupational physician consultant to direct next steps (e.g. asking for more medical, approving or not approving sick leave credits use) has been especially helpful in many cases; the third party opinion is invaluable. We should have started working with an occupational physician consultant sooner! It is really helping to shape our disability management process/program into a better version. The services of a 3rd party consultant have been invaluable.
